Finstock School Summer Fête

Friends of Finstock School (FoFS)

Saturday 22 June, from 1pm

We have lots of excitement in store at this year's Finstock Summer Fete! We will have bouncy castles with slides, face painting and hair braiding, Chrissie's Owl Rescue who will be bringing along some of their owls with opportunities to hold one, the Charlbury Fire Station truck, vintage tractors, and Nature Makers Oxfordshire with their natural crafts to have a go at.

Witney Training Brass Band will be there to entertain, plus Finstock Mini-Morris dancers and a Menssana Martial Arts demonstration and this year we will be bringing back the tug-of-war and welly wanging competitions!

There will be a variety of craft tables selling handmade items and gifts as well as FoFS stalls from the ever-popular bottle and toy tombolas to village fete games including hook a duck and nerf target shoot-outs! Not forgetting our fabulous Summer Raffle - we have an amazing selection of prizes to win, tickets will be on sale in advance or on the day for only £1 each/£5 for a book.

In addition to the Festival bar, BBQ, and spuds, we will be selling freshly baked scones with cream and jam, teas and homemade cakes; candyfloss and sweets plus Sid’s ice-cream van!
